Before enrolling, learners should review the course title, description, price, delivery format, access timing, refund policy and support options. By submitting payment, you authorize FRAMEFORGE LLC or its payment provider to process the selected transaction.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Your bank or card statement may show the billing descriptor of third-party providers.
Course access is normally provided 30 days, unless a different access timeframe is stated on the course page or checkout confirmation.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@frameforgeacademy.com before opening a bank dispute so we can review the issue promptly.
