Refund and Cancellation Policy

FRAMEFORGE LLC wants learners to understand refund and cancellation rules before enrolling.

Refund requests must be sent to support@frameforgeacademy.com within 30 days of purchase, unless a different rule is stated on the relevant course page or required by law.

To request a refund, include your full name, email address, course title, payment date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds may not be available for fully accessed, completed, downloaded or substantially used digital course materials, except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

If you have a billing issue, contact support@frameforgeacademy.com before filing a chargeback or bank dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to payment concerns.
